Film Khandani Shafakhana's actress Shirin Sewani on pregnancy: Feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness
Film Khandhani Shafakhana actress Shirin Sewani, who has also been part of web series like Taj Mahal 1989, Beauty Spot, LSV, 16, Backpackers, Dev DD and Only For Singles, is expecting her first baby soon. The actress says that she is loving every minute of her pregnancy.
“I had Godbharai on December 9th in Dehradun, and I'm feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness about being pregnant. Despite playing various roles on screen, becoming a mom in real life is a whole new experience that I'm looking forward to. I've always loved food, especially spicy and flavourful dishes, and being pregnant gives me the perfect excuse to indulge in my cravings. Currently, I'm enjoying dishes like chole bhature,” she says.
Talking about managing work and family, she says, “I tend to overthink things, especially about how I'll manage both work and motherhood. To avoid getting overwhelmed, I'm keeping busy with work and creating content, which leaves me with less time to worry.”
She adds, “My baby is expected in a month or two, and I'm filled with happiness and excitement when I think about it. Everyone around me, including friends and family, is thrilled, creating a festive atmosphere in my home. I'm hoping to share this great news possibly in in March and the festive season will continue for us.”
